Lahja has had her twisted scrap metal on her form for as long as she can remember. the piece around her neck is thick with pieces of rebar sticking out on either end, and loops around her once or twice depending on the day. the watercress grows beneath and around it, obscuring and cushioning the piece of metal that rests against her back and neck. a smaller piece of scrap metal is tied around her tail. despite the apparent weight of these pieces, Lahja doesn't find them encumbering at all and moves quite nimbly and readily despite them. she considers them part of her moreso than separate, in the same way she knows her boundary to be part of her - and these are part of her boundary.
the same reasoning follows her more recent additions. items that she finds in her boundary that she finds particularly interesting seem to her like something she should keep, and she will manifest these items on a whim if they catch her eye in a particular way.
she has two 10 baht coins that are tied to the piece of metal around her tail. she's always liked the two-coloured 10 baht ones, with a silver rim around a golden center, and hers often catch the light from her familiars or the city signs when she's out on adventures.
she also carries a lost key around her neck on a thin piece of string. it's rusted and dull just like her scrap metal pieces, but looks like any other key when it comes to shape and form - it could lead to any apartment in the city, or perhaps some kind of safety deposit box. she rather likes not knowing, though, because that means the possibility of it leading anywhere she can imagine remains intact.
